Terms & Conditions
DRAFT FOR REVIEW — NOT FINAL
Case submission
Each case must include a complete prescription, accurate impressions or scans, bite records, shade and relevant instructions. The prescribing dentist is responsible for clinical diagnosis and treatment decisions.
Acceptance and turnaround
Production estimates begin after we accept the case and receive complete records. Urgent work and outsourced fabrication may require extra time or fees. Specific turnaround times are pending approval.
Laboratory responsibilities
We aim to fabricate accepted work to the agreed prescription and specifications, flag significant production concerns, and evaluate verified manufacturing defects.
Dental-office responsibilities
The dentist remains responsible for patient care, clinical fit, diagnosis, treatment planning, records and approval of requested changes or try-ins.
Adjustments and remakes
Contact us promptly if a case needs review. Remakes will be assessed according to the cause. Changes after production starts or inaccurate clinical records may result in fees. Warranty and remake policy are pending approval.
Shipping and payments
Delivery methods, shipping costs, invoice due dates, credit terms and late charges will be confirmed when applicable.
Disputes and legal review
Please contact the laboratory to discuss concerns in good faith. These draft terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded and are not final binding conditions.
